Guizhou Guijianmeng Liquor is produced in Maotai Town, Kweichow Moutai Province, China, the core production area of soy sauce liquor. It is made from local high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and water, and by using the natural environment of the wine valley. It is served with koji and stepped on koji, Chongyang and Xiasha, fed twice, distilled nine times, fermented eight times, extracted wine seven times, and brewed carefully.
Without adding any other aromatic substances, it has gone through many years of production, storage, and release. It has prominent soy sauce aroma, elegant and delicate taste, mellow body, long aftertaste, and long-lasting fragrance in an empty cup.
